changing things around in my mayfair mansion

have been trying to turn all my rooms into a specific style and it is very much a work in progress I am now experiencing a "miniature design block" when it comes to the hallways! any ideas?

    The house is lovely!!! And love how you decorate your houses!!!
    No idea for the hallways, it's always the hardest place to decore.

    I'm torn between removing the stairs and treating the hallways as rooms in their own right?!

    or leaving the stairs in, so my dolls can logically access all areas :)
